- Returns MUST be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED with your receipt. ***If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, vape, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will NOT be accepted as a return.***
- All returns will receive in store credit via gift card and must be done within 30 days of purchase. NO exceptions. ***If your gift card is lost or stolen, Diamonds in the Rough is not responsible for replacement.***
- All sale items and accessories are FINAL sales and will not be eligible for a return. No exceptions.
- If you believe you have received a damaged item we MUST be notified with 3 (three) business days and the merchandise needs to be brought back to the store within 14 days of purchase with tags attached and with your receipt. If the tags are not on the item and it has been longer than 14 days you will not be eligible for a return.
- Order processing and delivery times
- Online orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST will start processing the next business day.
EX: Order received 8 a.m. CST Monday will ship by Wednesday.
EX: Order received 1 p.m. CST Tuesday will ship by Friday. - In Store Pick Ups will be available. Please note that they will be held for 14 business days. Please allow for 2 business days for available pick up.
EX: Order received 8 a.m. CST Monday will be available for pickup by Wednesday at 10 a.m.
EX: Order received 1 p.m. CST Tuesday will be available for pickup by Friday. at 10 a.m.
